4. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

Diese Website wird bei Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA / Cloudflare Germany GmbH) gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten (u. a. IP-Address, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Datei, Browsertyp) in Server-Logs verarbeitet – Rechtsgrundlage Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (sicherer, effizienter Betrieb). Ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) liegt vor; bei US-Übermittlung greifen EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.

5. Inhalts-Datenbank (Supabase)

The page content is provided/managed via the Supabase service (Supabase Inc.). Simply viewing the website does not collect any special personal data from visitors beyond what is required for technical delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Fonts

The fonts “Montserrat” and “Oswald” are stored locally on our server and delivered directly by this website. No connection to Google servers is established; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.

7. Videos (YouTube – erweiterter Privacymodus)

Auf einzelnen Instrumentsnseiten binden wir YouTube-Videos (Google Ireland Ltd.) im erweiterten Privacymodus (youtube-nocookie.com) ein. Erst beim Klick/Abspielen werden Daten an YouTube übertragen. Selbst gehostete Videos werden direkt von dieser Website ausgeliefert.

8. Contactaufnahme & Anfrageformular

Bei Contact per Formular, Email oder Phone werden Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage gespeichert (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. lit. f DSGVO). Die Daten werden nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung weitergegeben.

8a. Contact form, delivery service and spam protection

We use the service Web3Forms (Nexxweb LLP) to deliver form enquiries. On submission, the data you enter (name, company, phone, e-mail address, message) is transmitted to Web3Forms’ servers and forwarded to us by e-mail. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (handling your enquiry). Transmission is encrypted. Web3Forms stores the content only for delivery and does not pass it on to third parties.

To protect against automated submissions we use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA). Technical data (including IP address, browser information, mouse movements and dwell time) is processed to distinguish human input from automated input. hCaptcha sets cookies for this purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For transfers to the USA the provider relies on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
